ABOUT CHANDRA N. ZDENEK
I was born and raised in Fort Collins, Denver, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I graduated from CU Boulder with a B.A. in political science in 2011 and received my J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2015.
I have a background in civil litigation and insurance coverage/defense in California, and I have been practicing exclusively family law in various counties in Colorado for 6+ years. Unintentionally, I discovered my family law aspirations while publishing a comment regarding international parental child abduction during law school.
If you are considering family law services, you are likely going through a very difficult time. This field of law requires knowledge, patience, persistence, attentiveness, optimism, and empathy - traits which I possess and which have allowed me to create positive relationships and outcomes for my clients over the last several years.
My mission is to help you achieve a fresh start and not only accomplish a favorable outcome, whether through settlement or in court, but to set you up for success on a long-term basis. In the courtroom I am always overprepared, and in the office I am known for picking up the phone and resolving cases, thus avoiding the time, burden, and expense of litigation when appropriate.
Outside of the legal world, I am a lifelong competitive Irish dancer, and more recently an aspiring journalist, songwriter, event planner, travel agent, personal gift shopper, food critic, and zookeeper.
In the meantime, I am already confident in my skills as a family law advocate, and I look forward to meeting you and helping you with your family law needs.
